Degenerative Disc Disease Remedies: Q&A

SALT CONTENT OF TED'S DEGENERATIVE DISC REMEDY

08/26/2012: NV from Anon: "My age is 23 yrs and i have degenerative disc disease from 3months. MY CURRENT STATE OF L4/L5 disc is--:9mm, whereas 15mm is normal.... and I am taking your REMEDY (500mg HA+9gm sea salt+500ml water) from last 20 days. my pain is reduced but not cured fully. I want to ask that this solution is TOO SALTY so will there be any side effects (hypertension etc.) of taking this solution for a long time (2-3months approx). *and for how long I have to continue this remedy to fully restore my degeneration? *Also pls tell me about VITAMIN C controversy (PUREBULK AND LISA FROM EARTHCLINIC says to mix vit C in HA for better result, whereas vit C degrades HA by your information). thanks, regards."

09/13/2012: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "The salt helps absorption of HA faster, if you don't want it is fine, but it helps the preserve the HA, but in refrigerator is fine, if there is risk of hypertension. The vitamin C is proven in medical journals, do your research, to cause HA to break down. It isn't needed. Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid is a pro oxidant, but sodium ascorbate is an antioxidant.

Ted"

09/13/2012: Susan from New York replies: "To Ted or Bill from San Fernando, How long does the H/A Solution with salt remains effective in the refrigerator ? One week or two?"

09/15/2012: Happy from Up The Creek In, Wv, Usa replies: "in reply to--09/13/2012: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand --Ted; if I read what you are saying correctly; then if I use sodium ascorbate in my HA solution, that it will not degtade the HA; because the sodium ascorbate is a anti-oxidant???

This would be a method to include vit C [as ascorbates] into the HA solution, and possibly help keep it from degrading, longer, preserve it.

Of course, Vit C is a major collagen, cartilage, repair nutrient also, and would add to the power of the HA mixture to heal the disks.

So by adding sodium ascorbate to the HA mixture, you both help preserve the mixture, AND add a collagen creating nutrient to the mixture.

Is this correct ? [Your previous post was a little cryptic.]"

HYALURONIC ACID AND DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE

08/19/2012: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Vitamin C degrades hyaluronic acid, degeneration of most discs is caused by a crynebacteria which are anaerobic grown in the disc but there are others. It is not controversy it is established fact in medical journals that vitamin c degrades hyaluronic acid. DMSA 30 grams and .2 grams used as dropper applied drops on the back will also help. For complete cure you need other supplements such as MSM and certain frequencies of rife mainly for cornyebacterium which causes acne for example will help.

DEGENERATIVE DISC LED TO BLOATING?

06/19/2012: K from Anonymous: "Hello Ted! I am a 59 year old Caucasian, with high blood pressure, that needs help with bloating issue that feels like I'm about to explode or have a heart attack, now oddly enough some of the issues I was having were helped but not cured by remedies from Earth Clinic, but it seems that upon lifting anything heavy the bloating returned with a vengeance.

I had been diagnosed many years (15) ago with degenerative disc disease, and even had a double herniated disk operation in my neck, to stop the excruciating debilitating pain shooting down into my left arm, they fused a piece of my hip where the disk was or something like that, I believe it was disk 4 and 5. And as I got older I found that I could lift less and less without some kind of issue cropping up. Fast forward to present day, I find if I lift for example an 18L bottle of water, within minutes I get the bloating issues, (of course the doctors are wanting to cut out my gall bladder ). Now what I have found is if I lay on my back on a hard surface for a few minutes or hang my self suspended in air with my legs dangling this almost immediately stops the bloating. Anyways my question to you is can skeletal issues cause nerve issues and then effect bloating or organ problems. If so is there anything I can do to fix this permanently.

One other side-note, at the neck area and hip area where the cuts were made I now have a Lipoma, I saw a remedy on Earth-Clinic about DMSO, Aloe Vera Oil, and Clove oil, would this be appropriate for me ...any thoughts on this would be also greatly appreciated.

Thank you Ted... truly you are a humanitarian."

06/19/2012: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "It is known for quite some time that degenerative disc is caused by a common bacteria that grows slowly inside the disk, such as corynebacterium, which is in the same family as acne and diphtheria. So that is why DMSO (with a little say 1% tea tree oil, iodine, or lavender oil) would help.

A Rife frequency that deals specifically with acne and diphtheria where the device must have a foot pad, hand electrodes, and a ray tube) for example the ray tube is applied to the back will specifically kill them also. I have modified the frequency but that will generally do it. The pain may be caused by a virus, if general area, or it could be caused by accumulating uric acid. The blood tests will not show you to be high in uric acid, but if low circulation it will be an error, so I would take 100 mg allopurinol twice a day, one at night and one in the morning, there will be some pain (in some cases) for the first day, but will subside significantly within a week. Viruses may usually be killed by lysine supplements, maybe 1000 mg x 3 for a week to see some results. With the Rife, if you have the proper device you will be helped within an hour, and may provide temporary relief from the condition, but for some it may permanently relieve the condition. Because the Codex Alimentarius has been passed as signed by Obama (and others), the law is now in effect to prevent their sales, so the best we can do in the future is to obtain equipment such as a proper Rife machine, as the herbal and supplements will not be available, slowly. Rife machines we can bypass the laws by obtaining a Frequency generator, if bad comes to worse.

For quick relief and healing, hyaluronic acid 0.5 grams and sea salt 10 grams with water 500 cc. Take 5 caps three times a day. It will really help, it takes about 30 minutes to get relief, and in some cases a complete cure due to synovial fluid deficiency (synovial fluid is hyaluronic acid 99% and chrondroitin about 1%). That is what I have witnessed.

In my experience, the clients that have back problems generally are easier to treat, if you have the right set of treatments.

BORAX REMEDY DURATION?

03/11/2012: Shelley from Albuquerque, Nm: "I have followed Ted's recommendations for Borax, (1/8 teaspoon 20 Mule Team borax, in 1 liter of water/ 4 days on 3 days off.)

It took 2 full days of taking the borax for my lower back pain to feel better. I have 2 bulging disks, degenerative disks disease and moderate arthritis. Also a pinched nerve on the left side affecting left leg. By the 4th day I was doing pretty good, still had pain but it was much more managable.

Since the protocol says to go off for 3 days, I did. Then on the 2nd day of NOT taking the borax, the pain was almost unbearable. So here are my questions.

1) Could I take the Borax every other day? For example Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.....?

2) Is there a time limit on taking the Borax? Like should you stop taking it after a month, 3 months, a year? Does it hurt to continue to take it indefinately?

3) Since the pain got so bad after NOT taking Borax for 2 days, I picked up Homeopathic Borax by Boiron 30c. Is this the same form as 20 Mule Team borax? If so should I not take that when I am supposed to be off borax for the 3 days?

Any help would be greatly appreicated!"

03/19/2012: Paula from Bucyrus, Mo replies: "I had just asked this question under the topic "Borax and Degenerative Arthritis" because I have taken the borax and water for 7 days straight. I guess I should stop for 3 days? As I said under other topic, I can't really say if it is the borax that helps or the change from neurontin to Lyrica that my DR. Ordered."

DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE AND SEVERE NERVE PAIN

04/20/2010: Tina Marie from Mobile, Alabama, Us: "Hi Ted, I have a few questions to ask and would greatly appreciate your help. I am a 42 yr. old female and have degenerative disc disease in my neck and low back. I also fractured my tailbone when I was 17, and now suffer with nerve pain down my legs and buttocks. I have had prolotherapy injects that have helped. I can now sleep with my legs bent and sit for longer before the burning starts. I have been on narcotics for seven years and would like to be free of them,or at least lower my dose.I started the ACV for my GERD two days ago and it is helping alot. I don't take vitamins because it causes my reflux to go crazy and is painful. I have not been a healthy eater and have always eaten lots of sugar. I feel tired alot and pretty sure it's candida. But,the pain meds make me tired also.I don't want to continue this cycle my whole life.I want to be healthy and feel 42 instead of 62. I did the lemon juice with baking soda before I tried the ACV and it gave me a horrible headache and I vomited. I think it was drawing out the narcotics because I felt like I had the flu and my legs were killing me. When it's time to take my meds I notice my legs hurt so I figured it's a withdrawel symptom.I'm very scared to start doing anything else other then the ACV for GERD because I'm really confused as to what to do. Should I try the HA recipe for joint pain?

I've tried acupuncture, steroid injects, prolotherapy injects, etc. and still hurting. Please give me some suggestions. I don't know what else to try. Right now I am doing ioncleanse foot baths to draw out the toxins and heavy metals. Heard it can help detox the joints, but it's expensive. Have seen alot of stuff in the water that is supposed to be coming out of the gall bladder, joints and liver. Please give me some advice. Thank you so much."

09/26/2012: Optimistic from Hamilton, Bermuda replies: "for the person with damaged to the l4 l5 I am currently trying lions mane mushroom and l carnitine (glalc) the studies claim that it does indeed help with regeneration of nerves along with many other benefits started a few day n notice tingling in the lower back somethings hapening!"

REMEDIES THAT WILL HEAL DISCS, NERVE DAMAGE, AND NUMBNESS?

03/31/2010: Phil from Dearing, Ga: "Hi Ted. I have asked this question on here before, but it was not addressed to you directly.

My mother has Degenerative Disc Disease and has had surgery two years ago. She suffered nerve damage in both legs and now the legs stay numb for the most part...

Also her bones never completely fused back together and one is not fused at all....

The doctors are concerned about this and are considering more surgery( She does not want ).

My two questions.

Is there anything that will make the bones fuse back together and is there anything she can do for the nerve damage and numbness in her legs?

Thank You in advance,
Phil"

04/08/2010: Phil from Dearing, Ga replies: "I just wanted to re-apply these questions to Ted. I know Ted is a busy man, but I thought maybe it had been over looked.

Thank You,
Phil"

03/10/2012: Mish from New York replies: "Hi Ted, can you tell me the ingredients for a degenerated disc l4 l5 and where I should order them. Thank you in advance."
